Guobi Keyboard Legal Statement
1. Guobi Keyboard (“the Keyboard”) was
developed by Guangdong Guobi Technology
Ltd., Co. (“Guobi”). Under the protection of Copyright Law of People’s
Republic of China, Regulation for Computer Software Protection, Universal
Copyright Convention and other intellectual copyright conventions, laws and
regulations, the ownership, copyrights and corresponding Intellectual
Properties of the Keyboard shall at all times be and remain the property of
Guobi. The permission of use of the Keyboard is granted, not sold to you. Guobi
reserves all rights of any permissions that are or are
not granted to you.
2. Guobi Keyboard supports input for multiple
languages, for which the associated data packages could be downloaded
individually. You should be aware that the downloading and use of the data
packages for some languages may require payment. Guobi reserves all adjustment
rights of the licensing within the scope prescribed by laws.
3. Permission is granted for you to download
and install for personal use only. Any use for business purposes is forbidden,
including without limitation, selling, renting, assigning, sublicensing,
distributing, loaning or otherwise
providing all or any portion of the Keyboard to any person or entity
(such as, but not restricted to, via Internet or via services on the Internet).
4. All terms and provisions of this statement
are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of People’s Republic
of China. Any dispute corresponding to the usage of the Keyboards shall be
filed and settled, in accordance with the laws of People’s Republic of China,
in a competent court of Guangzhou, Guangdong.
5. All interpretation rights of this
